About theRole: As an E-Branch Relationship Manager you will be part of the Turbo Cross-Sell team. This role is focused on engaging customers to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

KeyResponsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by actively engaging with customers.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Ensure faster resolution of customer issues with effective follow-through.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Support and train team members to consistently exceed daily and weekly targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

Education Qualification: Prior experience in retail banking, sales, or customer relationship management is desirable.
