We are hiring a Business Banking Executive (Sales) in Guntur to drive the growth of our Retail Liabilities Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives, generating revenue through CA sales, cross-selling financial products, and acquiring high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch sales targets for retail liabilities and ensure productivity metrics are met.
- Generate revenue through the sale of Current Accounts (CA), cross-selling financial products, and promoting third-party offerings like insurance.
- Acquire high-value CA customers and establish long-term family banking relationships.
- Drive the penetration of business banking products such as CMS, POS, and Beat services for CA customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business banking clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience for MBA graduates.
- 3-4 years of experience for non-MBAs.

- Skills & Competencies:
