Key Responsibilities as Collection Jobs in Chattarpur:

• Monitor and track team performance against defined metrics and KPIs.

• Generate and manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR) and ensure timely updates.
• Implement new strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPL.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, repossessions, and legal actions.
• Ensure timely legal recovery procedures, including litigation, repo, legal notices, and court case management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or legal repossession processes within the vehicle finance sector.
• Strong command of MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently in Chattarpur and work in a dynamic field environment.
• Experience in handling escalations, legal cases, and repo operations is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
