Key Responsibilities as Collection Jobs in Ganganagar:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or legal repossession processes within the vehicle finance sector.
• Strong command of MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently in Ganganagar and work in a dynamic field environment.
• Experience in handling escalations, legal cases, and repo operations is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
