Job Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection for assigned portfolios.
• Identify outstanding account receivables and review historical payment data.
• Take proactive actions to encourage timely payments.
• Maintain a track of assigned portfolio buckets for Srinagar.
• Process payments and refunds efficiently.
• Resolve outstanding accounts and ensure recovery of due amounts.
• Support customers in meeting their payment obligations.

• Strong communication skills.
• High levels of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic knowledge of recovery management.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Unsecured Loans or Personal Loan recovery preferred.
• Freshers or candidates from Srinagar are welcome to apply.
• Must have a graduate degree.
• Own vehicle is required for traveling across Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir.
• Proficiency in Hindi, and English (speaking and writing).
• Strong presentation skills and adherence to safety protocols, including wearing masks during work hours.
• Local candidates from Srinagar are preferred, but non-local candidates may also apply.
