Collections Department Vacancy
As a member of the collections team, you'll be part of a high-performing group responsible for systematic follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relations in Thiruvananthpuram. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers in Thiruvananthpuram KL
• Achieving 100% collection efficiency for the portfolio
• Regular follow-ups and timely reminders for customers
• Facilitating various modes of repayment, including digital options

Operations/Back Office Role
