Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the central branch operations team in Vishakapatnam.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
• Verify customer KYC documents and ensure on-time payment processing.
• Conduct thorough file checking and ensure data is complete and accurate.
• Process and disburse pending files, verifying all details.
• Manage all administrative tasks at the branch.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding their queries.
• Cross-sell BFSI products to current customers.
• Pre-screen customer segments according to company policies.
• Follow up on pending KYC/enrollment forms.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High self-drive, enthusiasm, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product sales to customers in , Vishakapatnam.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Language skills: English or Hindi, and knowledge of Telugu is preferred.

Qualifications:

• A graduate in any field (12th pass with a 3+ year degree).
