We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Credit Operations Manager in Sagar to oversee and manage key operational activities related to loan disbursements and post-disbursal processes.
This role involves coordination between sales, credit, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth end-to-end loan disbursement and document management for Sagar customers.
Key Responsibilities for Operation Jobs in Sagar MP:
- Manage and safeguard original property documents for loan processing.
- Perform on-ground disbursal tasks, including cheque handling, legal documentation, and client coordination.
- Work closely with sales and credit teams to resolve document-related queries promptly.
- Coordinate with legal and technical vendors for property document verification.
- Supervise and guide a team of Sagar operations officers responsible for post-disbursal document collection, scanning, and verification.
- Ensure all operational processes meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and TAT (Turnaround Time) standards for efficient loan disbursal.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in credit operations or loan disbursal processes, preferably in the retail asset segment of Sagar Madhya Pradesh.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, legal vetting, and property verification procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments and external vendors.
- Proven team management and time-bound task execution abilities.
