Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Make cold calls to potential customer of Durgapur for various loan products.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and online/social channels.
• Explain product features clearly and engage clients for loan applications.
• Schedule meetings and support client onboarding.

Loan Processing & Documentation

• Collect and verify KYC and financial documents.
• Submit loan files to banks/NBFCs for approval.
• Ensure all documentation meets company compliance standards.

Disbursement & Conversion

• Coordinate with clients and banks for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure a smooth and timely loan process for all customers.

Client Relationship Management

• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Encourage referrals and repeat business through quality service.
• Cross-sell additional financial products when suitable.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate lead data in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Update loan pipeline reports daily.
• Share weekly progress reports and feedback with management.

Skills Required for Loan sales job in Durgapur WB

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi and West Bengal local language .
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with target-based field sales and cold calling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
